Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Roofing Sales and Project Manager who can own the customer experience from start to finish — generating leads, closing deals, and overseeing production. You’ll wear multiple hats in this role and play a key part in growing our business.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Conduct roof inspections and create estimates/proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed contract
- Coordinate production and oversee project execution
- Serve as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the job
- Ensure high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety on each project
- Maintain detailed records through our CRM system
- Attend weekly team meetings (remote or in-person)
Qualifications:
- Experience in roofing sales and project management required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
- Ability to self-manage and problem-solve in the field
- Comfortable with flexible hours and managing your own schedule
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
