Core Construction, LLC. is a commercial construction business that offers expertise in the installation of commercial finish; trim carpentry, select rough carpentry, architectural casework, doors, frames, hardware, cabinetry, accessories, drywall, painting and specialties. Core performs work on tenant finish projects and remodel projects for customers in the areas of restaurants, buildouts, hospitals, medical offices and more.
*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in project management, and will be responsible for supervising construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining a safe work environment.
*Responsibilities*
- Supervise construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
- Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
- Review and interpret project schematics and blueprints
- Monitor project expenses
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety standards
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking
- Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
*Skills*
- Strong background in supervising construction projects
- Proficiency in project scheduling
- Familiarity with construction industry software such as Procore and Bluebeam
- Knowledge of pipeline construction processes
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
