What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analytic Lead, Mission Command Battle Lab (MCBL) position at Core Government Services Corporation?
The Analytic Lead will provide Concept Development and Prototype Experimentation Support to the Mission Command Battle Lab (MCBL), Fort Leavenworth, KS. Provide analytical skills in support of MCBL learning objectives/demands as prescribed in AFC/FCC directives and guidance which have lead times between several weeks to several months. The analytic lead will conduct all tasks related to experimentation such as researching, planning, preparing, executing, facilitation, analyzing, and documenting experiments.
Essential Functions:
- Presentation skills, clear and precise oral communications
- Developing Methodology for Army experiments
- Developing learning demands
- Developing measures of performance and effectiveness
- May collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products
- May develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation
- Works in conjunction with project officers to provide a final report addressing all experiment issues, develops databases that effectively archive all data captured
- Attend planning meetings
- Training and managing data collectors
- Managing data, conducting analysis, and reporting the results of experimentation operations (greater than 5 years desired)
- Proficient in the use of MS Office products
Requirements:
- Project Management Profession (PMP) Certification
- United States citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
Education:
- BA/BS degree from an accredited university
Experience:
- Experience military operator with field-grade level knowledge (desired Army service of greater than 10 years with experiences in Army, joint coalition operations at the division or higher echelon)
- 5 years' experience with Army experimentation. Experience shall include developing Learning Demands, Measures of Performance and/or Measures of Effectiveness, and developing methodology of Army experiments
Working Conditions: inside office on Government site
Required Travel: Some travel required
