What are the responsibilities and job description for the Multi-Domain Operations - Training and Doctrine Integrator position at Core Government Services Corporation?
CGS is seeking the best qualified professionals for its upcoming proposal to provide training development support, doctrine development support, and doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership, education, personnel, facilities, and policy (DOTmLPF-P) integration support to the TRADOC Proponent Office for the Multi-Domain Task Force (TPO-MDTF). This Task Force will develop, design, recommend force structure and operating concepts for MDTF formations, and recommend training policy and guidance. Expected award and start work date is May - June 2025.
Our DOTmLPF-P Training and Doctrine Integrator ensures integration across the Army Modernization Enterprise (AME) for the TPO-MDTF. Through coordination with the Capability Development Integration Directorates (CDIDs), Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Army Futures Command (AFC) stakeholders, the DOTmLPF-P Training and Doctrine Integrator will conduct analysis throughout the eight DOTmLPF-P domains for AFC modernization frameworks, JCIDS processes, the operational implications of emerging MDTF capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree minimum; degrees in Systems Engineering, Public Policy, or Organizational Management are highly relevant.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Army capability development, with specific experience in requirements development, JCIDS documentation, and DOTmLPF-P analysis.
- Specific Experience: Multi-Domain Operations, Army-Joint Targeting, Information Collection and Employment, and Fires & Effects Operations.
- Knowledge requirements: Authored or contributed to RDPs, FDUs, or Capability Integration Briefs; proven ability to interface with CDIDs, COEs, and AFC representatives.
- Certifications/Awards: Completion of Capabilities Development Course (CDC) or similar; formal recognition for contributions to modernization programs is a plus.
- Security Clearance: Secret required; TS/SCI preferred to support alignment with sensitive modernization and experimentation portfolios.
