- Will have access to and regularly work with Government sensitive data and may be asked to represent the Government at meetings and conferences
- Responsible for content management on the MTC Share Point portal, scheduling, as well as interface with MTC Government Staff
- Assist the Government in monthly, quarterly, and yearly and any FORSCOM reporting requirements, including, but not limited to Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) Reporting (AR 5-18), Mission Essential Requirements (MER) reporting and maintaining, and Training Support Material Army wide Tracking System (TS-MATS) usage reporting, Usage trends and analysis, event through-put analysis, Installation Status Reporting (ISR) requirements and manpower analysis
- Will receive training request, track, and approve requests, and follow up with customers, as required for all scheduling needs
- Participate in planning meetings that occur throughout the lifecycle of a training event to include initial concept development, initial, mid, and final event planning conferences, After Action Reviews (AARs) and periodic In-Progress Reviews
- Primary MTC point of contact for utilization data collection and reporting
- Physical set-up of facilities (furniture), configuration (event network, simulation and Army Mission Command Systems and database deployment) and end-to-end testing between the simulation and Army Mission Command Systems according to architectural design as directed
- Active Secret Clearance and the appropriate DoD 8570.01-M baseline certifications as an IAM level II (Required)
- US Citizen
- Have 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience managing Physical Security and Access controlled areas
- Possess demonstrated experience with Army Key Control policies and procedures outlined in AR 190-11 as well as Access and handling of Classified Material IAW FAR 52.204-2, Security Requirements
- Must have experience, or equivalent, working in the Microsoft Office programs, Microsoft A365 or similar web-based collaboration software tool(s) and new or emerging programs/software
- Experience with tracking calendars, information, and different types of data
