The Senior Military Systems Analyst will provide Concept Development and Prototype Experimentation Support to the Mission Command Battle Lab (MCBL), Fort Leavenworth, KS. Provide SME support of MCBL experimentation events.

Essential Functions
- Presentation skills, clear and precise oral communications
- May collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products
- May development and supply optimal time, cots, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation
- Works in conjunction with project officers to provide a final report addressing all experiment scenario issues, develops databases that effectively archive all data captured
- Attend planning meetings
- Training and managing data collectors
- Proficient in the use of MS Office products
- United States citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
- BA/BS degree from an accredited university in a relevant science or technology area
- Preferred education MA/MS degree in a relevant science or technology area from an accredited university and graduation from Command and General Staff College (MEL 4) or equivalent service command/general staff college
- Experienced Army operator with knowledge and experience in Army/Joint operations (greater than 10 years desired)
- Service at the level of brigade/division/corps or higher is required, as is familiarity with Army/Joint Capability Development
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in systems analysis and design, information systems requirements determination, and operational architecture development
- Previous service within joint and/or combined organizations is desired
- Familiarity with the following is desired:
- Army and Joint C2 information systems
- Cyber and Space capabilities
- Red Teaming/Alternative Analysis functions and skills
- Process Mapping and Improvement abilities to map and apply data/statistical analysis
- Experience with the full scope of work, i.e. studies, experimentation, and prototyping is desired
- Demonstrated experience as a task leader in support of Army or joint capability development processes and requirements
