This is a Key Person position at Fort Leavenworth, KS in support of the Army Mission Command Center of Excellence (MCCOE) Directorate of Training (DOT)

Essential Functions
- Supervisory / managerial authority and is responsible for the performance of the work on the contract
- Single point of contact that works with the COR and the Government representatives in support of the management and program level for contract execution
- Responsible for performance for all employees
- Will provide support to MCCOE DOT in several key functions to include: (a) Develop, maintain, and publish mission command, C2 WFF, and EAB-formation individual and collective training products for use across all training domains; (b) Develop, maintain, and publish 5C Course POI and supporting LPs
- United States citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
- Military Education Level (MEL) 4 qualified with prior military primary staff experience in combined arms formations at the division or higher level
- Completion of Army Training and Education Developer's Middle Manager's Course, its equivalent course, or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process
- Familiarity with individual and collective training product development, TR 350-70, Army Learning Policy and Systems, and supporting TRADOC administrative publications
- Must be able to complete the Training Development Capability (TDC) course and obtain working knowledge of the Central Army Registry (CAR) prior to start date
