Compensation:
- Annual: $60,000 to $150,000 plus
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive professional to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, setting and managing customer expectations, achieving aggressive sales targets, and collaborating with operations on ensuring successful engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Understand Core Group Company's mission, values, industry and value proposition and its fit in the marketplace.
- Focus on short and long-term customer success to build lasting relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing client accounts.
- Creating and modifying sales presentations and marketing assets to demonstrate our proficiency in the industry and show we can meet client needs.
- Focus on increasing sales and enhancing client success experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales and account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with manufacturing and/or construction industry a strong plus.
- Understanding of technology companies and how to sell technology services and products highly desired.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM and appointment setting technology, such as HubSpot, Salesforce CRM or another CRM platform is required. Comfortable with technology solutions for setting and follow up on communication and virtual and video appointments.
Experience with CAD modeling tools from Autodesk (Inventor, Revit, Fusion, etc.) highly desired.
This is a performance-based role with aggressive milestones and sales and prospective customer contact targets that must be met to continue in the role.
Salary : $60,000 - $150,000
