- We are seeking a dedicated Hydraulic Service Technician to join our team, specializing in marine service industry operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier service, managing projects, maintaining inventory, and upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
- Hyrdaulics Technician Responsibilities
- Conduct service calls for inland and offshore operations.
- Perform inland and offshore majors and surveys.
- Maintain a high level of communication and service to customers.
- Ensure equipment and consumables are available for job tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness of technician vehicle.
- Assist in keeping the shop area clean.
- Collaborate with Hydraulic Supervisor, Branch Manager, Division Manager, and Office Coordinator to schedule repair and re-manufacturing projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time.
- Notify Service Manager if additional help is needed to meet deadlines.
- Accurately record all parts taken from inventory and submit paperwork to the Office Coordinator.
- Return unused parts to the Inventory Control Department.
- Hyrdaulics Technician Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the marine service industry.
- Valid TWIC Card (or ability to obtain one).
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in the electrical service industry is a plus.
- Basic mechanical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Professional demeanor when dealing with employees, management, and customers.#LI-Onsite
