HSE Manager Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field audits to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
- Hold field supervisors accountable for safety infractions with a firm yet constructive approach.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Safety Manual and related safety programs.
- Support the establishment and tracking of KPIs related to safety performance and behavior-based safety initiatives.
- Serve as a coach and mentor to field personnel, promoting safety awareness and best practices.
- Investigate incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead safety meetings and provide ongoing training to employees.
- Collaborate with management to continuously improve the safety culture and processes.
