- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Implement and maintain IT security policies to safeguard company data.
- Configure and optimize database management systems, including SQL Server backups.
- Manage and secure On-Prem and Azure Active Directory configurations and user access.
- Design and implement networking solutions, including secure remote access methods (e.g., VPNs).
- Coordinate with departments to understand IT needs and provide effective solutions.
- Install, test, and debug new computer software and hardware systems.
- Maintain inventory of all IT hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to hardware, software, cabling, and telephone systems.
- Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery planning, and explore future technology advancements.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products.
