- Oversee all aspects of flooring installation projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring efficient use of labor and materials.
- Conduct pre-installation site visits to assess project scope and requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise installation crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to ensure project specifications are met.
- Address on-site issues promptly to maintain workflow and project quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Address client concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on all job sites.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits across Houston.
