The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing key accounts in the Midwestern region within the Process Industries sector, including oil, gas, and chemical industries. Regional Sales Representative - Process Industries Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand key accounts in the assigned territory through personalized, relationship-driven strategies.
  • Develop and implement tailored action plans to address client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Expand the company's market presence across the Midwestern region.
  • Own regional revenue generation and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to support annual growth objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools for planning, tracking, and project management.
  • Analyze sales metrics and recommend strategies for optimization.
  • Stay informed on Process Industries trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on market intelligence and customer insights.
  • Develop account-level action plans to leverage industry opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product training to clients.
  • Align activities with company values and policies to ensure client loyalty.

Regional Sales Representative - Process Industries Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technical or project-based sales.
  • Experience working with engineering firms and selling into oil, gas, and chemical industries.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Value-Added Selling principles and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • LI-Onsite
