Supply Chain Analyst II Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst II to support our supply chain operations by optimizing Material Resource Planning (MRP) and Demand Resource Planning (DRP) systems. This role will leverage data analysis, forecasting, and ERP systems (SAP S / 4 HANA or similar) to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, advanced Excel skills, and experience with data visualization tools.
Supply Chain Analyst II Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain MRP / DRP systems to optimize material planning and inventory management.
- Utilize SAP S / 4 HANA or similar ERP systems for demand forecasting, procurement, and supply chain analytics.
- Analyze data and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve efficiencies, and mitigate risks within the supply chain.
- Develop and implement forecasting models using statistical analysis to assess financial and operational impacts.
- Create data visualizations and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to support decision-making.
- Monitor supplier performance, inventory levels, and procurement processes to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and finance, to streamline supply chain processes.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, macros, data modeling, etc.) for reporting and data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
