What are the responsibilities and job description for the Air Quality Project Manager position at Core Group USA?
We are looking for a seasoned Environmental Project Manager and / or Senior Project Manager with a focus on air permitting and regulatory compliance to join our Environmental Services team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of industry experience in air quality and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and review air permit applications for new and existing facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant local, state, and federal requirements.
- Conduct and assess emission calculations for various projects.
- Analyze and interpret regulatory frameworks to determine compliance needs.
- Prepare and submit mandatory compliance and regulatory reports in accordance with permit conditions.
- Evaluate emissions testing data and provide insights.
- Advise clients on compliance strategies and pathways for ongoing regulatory adherence.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and regulatory agencies to ensure project alignment.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to assess compliance.
- Contribute to proposal development for new projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships, including clients, regulatory bodies, and vendors.
- Mentor and support junior staff development.
