We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal to join a well-established Environmental Practice Group in Orange County, California. This leadership role will involve overseeing complex site assessment and remediation projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, supporting a variety of environmental projects, and driving new business development. The ideal candidate will be systematic, detail-oriented, and able to manage evolving projects in a fast-paced environment.
With at least 10 years of experience, the successful candidate will be expected to provide technical leadership, expert knowledge, and broad management experience. The role requires a balance of expertise in groundwater impact assessment and remediation, business development, and relationship-building. The Principal will lead teams through challenging projects while ensuring high-quality results and exceptional client service.
This position will contribute to the growth and success of the Orange County office and Environmental Practice Group. Expertise in groundwater impact assessment, remedial engineering, and innovative technology application is required. Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of environmental consulting practices, including risk and exposure assessments, groundwater hydraulic control, treatment, and monitoring programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead both internal and client-facing meetings related to project work.
- Maintain leadership in groundwater impact assessment and environmental remediation.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, quality deliverables, client service, and teamwork.
- Serve as a technical integrator for complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Ensure the application of up-to-date, validated technical methods and practices.
