What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Graphic Designer- Digital Marketing position at Core Home?
We are looking for a talented graphic designer to join our expanding in-house marketing/e-commerce team! We are looking for a candidate with experience designing for social media to be involved in the development and execution of marketing, e-commerce, and branding initiatives. In this role, you will be working directly for both our Digital Marketing Manager and E-commerce Manager, and responsible for creating social media/Amazon A content, executing brand direction, and creating visuals for various marketing campaigns across numerous brands.
Candidates must be fully proficient with the skills and understanding of the following, including but not limited to: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, and the Creative Suite (familiarity with Adobe After Effects and motion graphics is a plus). We are looking for someone who can create original & trend-forward design concepts and ensure the timely execution of each stage in the production process.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of current lifestyle and market trends. They must also be able to manage conflicting or shifting deadlines and effectively edit designs based on client feedback.

- BFA or BS in graphic design or related major
- At least 1-year graphic design experience in a related field
- Advanced user of Adobe CC specifically: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat
- Strong branding and logo design skills
- Photography skills, retouching capabilities and resizing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Copywriting and/or advertising experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office software (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Responsible for the timely and precise creation of marketing and social media designs, from concept to completion
- Experience creating Amazon A content preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities, anticipate demands, communicate status appropriately
