Who you are

The Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to assist with a portfolio of assigned customers, help develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Onboard Train new Associate AM
- Oversee daily account tasks and work flow
- Mid-level communication between buying teams
- Oversee sample outflow with buying team
- Weekly sales reporting on modular and features; report externally as needed
- Ensure accuracy and organization on line sheets, QMS quotes, item creation; support completion as needed
- Support on Item content / PDP management; ensure all are updated on schedule
- Continual follow up with PD on outstanding projects and timelines
- Understanding of cost structure based on category and product makeup / features
- Assist Senior AM with Luminate analytics
- Collaboration with Marketing / Social team on new item launches
- Routine market research / shop outs
- Proof presentations prior to Line Review
- Work with Senior AM on high-level strategy for new development and assortments
- Domestic Travel - Line Review / Customer meetings
- Participating in international travel as needed
