- Assist customers with questions, service updates, and post-project follow-ups, ensuring all their needs are addressed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, keeping track of project timelines, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Support the BP Roofing team in delivering a positive customer experience by fostering clear, proactive communication and addressing concerns promptly.
