Plant Production - Lead

Duties and Responsibilities 1. Coordinates with management to process daily linens to meet daily goals 2. Directs and oversees team members to meet daily goals to include production standards 3. Trains associates in all aspects of the soil department 4. Ensure all safety procedures are followed including wearing required PPE 5. Ensure that all linens are accurately received, weighed and processed 6. Ensure quality standards are met 7. Perform other related duties as required   Minimum Qualifications 1. 2- year proven work experience as a team leader, ability to train associates for best efficiencies 2. Understanding of key metrics 3. Basic computer knowledge 4. Effectively able to communicate with leadership 5. Able to direct and delegate tasks to team members 6. Ability to manage time to complete daily goals 7. Strong organizational skills
