As a full-time Logistician at Core, you will spearhead customer account management, cultivate broad business partnerships, maintain robust communication channels with clients and uphold exemplary customer service standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Oversee the timely and efficient execution of assigned customer loads, ensuring prompt pickup, delivery and competent handling of all issues.
· Negotiate competitive & profitable customer rates driven by load specifics & market conditions.
· Drive informed and collaborative operations in support of assigned customers delivering seamless logistics solutions through awesome levels of customer responsiveness.
· Guarantee accurate and timely billing, inclusive of rates, fees, and fines.
· Maintain organized and updated records of orders and customer profiles.
· Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
· Minimum of 1 year logistics experience with proven track record of success.
· Self-motivated professional with outstanding communication & relationship building skills.
· Sense of urgency, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for driving business growth.
