Help Desk Manager
Core Managed is looking for a Help Desk Manager that has the desire to join a fast-growing company. This is an advanced level, fast paced position. The perfect candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service prowess and exceptional time management skills. This role assists the Service Manager in the pursuit of excellent service delivery. The Help Desk Manager keeps track of several key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect excellent service and predict our capacity to continue to deliver excellent service.

The Position:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Help Desk team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and top-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, ensuring that goals are consistently met or exceeded.
- Develop training programs to improve team skills, customer interaction, and technical expertise.
- Track and manage client satisfaction and feedback, implementing improvements as needed.
- Recruit, train, and provide career development for Help Desk team members.
- Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring clients receive timely and effective communication regarding their issues.
- Drive continual service improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and increase client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree required
- Pass a drug test and background check
