Compensation Overview :

  • Competitive starting salary between $60k-$70k based on experience during the training phase. Afterward, earn commissions plus subsidies until reaching full commission status. High achievers have the potential to exceed $100,000 annually!

You will manage existing accounts in independent convenience stores while also seeking out new customers.     Your Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales and profit by executing targeted sales strategies and customizing approaches for individual accounts.
  • Prospect and onboard new customer accounts, including cold-calling to maintain a robust opportunities pipeline.
  • Educate customers about our foodservice programs, new product promotions, and industry activities.
  • Review reports weekly with store managers and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Mitigate accounts receivable issues by ensuring compliance with credit terms.
  • Monitor pricing trends to maintain competitiveness.
  • Identify initiatives for campaigns, services, and distribution that will boost sales.
  • Engage in industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Carry out additional duties as necessary.
  • Note : This position requires driving to customer locations within the assigned territory, with expectations of overnight travel as needed.

    Ideal Candidate Traits :

  • Success in closing B2B sales across various product lines.
  • A proven track record in sales travel and time management.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A sales professional experienced in market share growth.
  • Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
  • 2 years of B2B sales and consulting experience necessary.
