Our organization is expanding and we are looking to hire an experienced Production Operator located in Winona, MN. Summary/Objective
Production Operators remove and mount proper tooling, observe the machines in operation and make adjustments to control the production rate. Measure parts to check that product conform to specifications. Make minor repairs or perform minor machine maintenance, such as oiling and cleaning. Confer with supervisor, other production operators, or quality inspectors when issues arise.
Essential Functions

- Learn the various machine settings as required for the presses, extruders and related equipment and complete process monitor checks
- Learn start-up and shut down procedures
- Perform production operations (secondary) which may require the use of machinery, equipment and/or hand tools
- Complete and verify Production Scrap Report accurately
- Perform quality checks on parts to insure conformity to required quality
specifications
- Observe all established safety practices, i.e. – lockout/tagout where applicable
- Set up molds and complete set up documentation
- Responsible for keeping work area clean and neat
- Assist in production as directed to insure efficient use of personnel, materials, machinery and equipment
- Will be expected to cross train on the various systems and production jobs
on each line
- Arrive to work on-time for every shift.
- All other job-related duties as directed by supervisor

This job operates in a professional manufacturing shop floor environment. This role routinely uses standard manufacturing equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. This position may occasionally require extended hours and/or weekend work.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Day Shift 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Night Shift 2:50 PM - 12:50 AM
- Monday thru Thursday or Tuesday thru Friday
