Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and optimize PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA for manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve control systems, instrumentation, and network issues.
- Integrate robotic automation and industrial communication networks.
- Implement data acquisition and reporting tools to monitor performance.
- Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and safety regulations.
- Provide technical leadership on capital projects and system upgrades.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
- 6 years of experience in process control, PLC programming, and industrial automation.
- Expertise in Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Beckhoff PLCs and HMI/SCADA development.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
- Experience integrating robotics, vision systems, and industrial sensors.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and collaboration skills.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications (e.g., CAP, PE, Six Sigma).
- Experience with compression molding, robotic trimming, bonding, and adhesive dispensing.
- Familiarity with SQL databases, IIoT, and process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of quality systems like ISO 9001, IATF 16949.
