We are seeking a talented Tooling and Equipment Designer to join our team at (Core Natural Resources, Inc.). As a Design Tooling Expert, you will be responsible for designing and developing tooling and equipment for the manufacturing of composite parts and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop tooling and equipment for the manufacturing of composite parts and assemblies.
- Work closely with our manufacturing and inspection teams to ensure that designs meet production requirements.
- Provide complete tool concepts from basic engineering surfaces and customer statements of work.
- Create tool designs from customer-supplied part models and specifications.
- Import and analyze customer-engineered surfaces and create needed tooling following the statement of work.
- Generate and supply data/drawings for off-site fabrication.
- Track, prioritize, and estimate progress on tasks.
Requirements
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with modeling software, specifically SolidWorks and NX.
- Knowledge and experience of different types of tooling, including assembly fixtures, vacuum trim fixtures, mechanical clamping trim fixtures, traditional composite and metal mold tools, high-temperature mold tools, room-temperature mold tools.
- Ability to work from blueprints, 3D models, and customer specifications to produce a completed design to release to manufacturing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, communicate openly, and contribute to achieving shared goals.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks NX or other modeling systems.
- Familiarity with standard composite molding and fixturing.
