We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Advanced Practice Provider) to join our team in Odessa, TX. This is a PRN position offering a rewarding work environment and close relationships with patients.

Position Responsibilities
- Perform pre-placement physical examinations for new hires.
- Provide medical assessments and health services to employees who become ill or injured at work.
- Perform return to work assessments to ensure fitness for duty and a safe workplace environment.
- Conduct fitness for duty evaluations.
- Assist with coordination of care, physician referrals, and transitional duty programs.
- Review and sign medical records, including EKGs, pulmonary function tests, visual exams, and lab tests.

- Knowledge of medical practice and occupational health.
- Knowledge of medical policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to evaluate clinical performance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program.
- Current Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing with the state of Texas.
- Previous experience practicing in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Emergency Medicine preferred.
