MARSOC Recruiter

Core One seeks an Recruiter to support the MARSOC R&A program.

This position requires a current SECRET clearance .

Primary Responsibilities

• Manages the complexity of large pools of qualified new working applicants (NWA), the daily use of the Recruiting Information System (RIS) database is required.
• Understands and executes Systematic Recruiting to gain NWA's, through telephone, emails and unit canvassing in the absence of a uniform Recruiter.
• Understands Marine Corps Orders and Directives that govern the MARSOC Recruiting Program.
• Responsible for driving the processing of all Command Screening Checklists and Special Operations (SO) Physicals by contacting all NWAs at a minimum twice monthly, prior to the applicant's approval to attend A&S.
• Maintains commitment with assigned applicants and assist the uniform recruiter with dissemination of information pertaining to A&S.
• May be required to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of the R&A mission as directed by the Assistant Operations Officer
• Required to interact directly with individual applicants and their parent commands.
