Core One is seeking a Targeter for a small, specialized contract in support of an IC customer. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency in manipulating various classified and open-source databases in support of the client's mandate to collect and acquire Foreign Intelligence
- Collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals in support of operations against priority targets
- Identify targeting leads to enable a variety of intelligence operations through the exploitation of classified and open-source databases
- Evaluate possible counterintelligence concerns, drive operations through written products and briefings, and empower core collectors by producing detailed targeting packages
- Review operational traffic for intelligence leads
- Draft comprehensive targeting packages in support of the client’s objectives
- Engage operational components within the customer organization to address targeting requirements and develop new leads for operational exploitation
- Conduct detailed searches on items of operational interest and relay pertinent data to relevant customer components
Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Minimum of three years of traditional HUMINT targeting/desk support in the Sponsor’s space
- Experience identifying valid threat targets across various mission AORs and conducting all-source target analysis using multiple tools and databases; minimum of one year experience with IC targeting tools
- Ability to communicate results of targeting efforts in various message formats, including through the preparation of detailed targeting packages.
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be familiar with the Sponsor’s messaging system
- Candidates should have a strong record of achievement in the US intelligence community
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in accounting, business, economics or finance (preferred) or demonstrate strong understanding of global finance through experience or knowledge
- Demonstrated experience using customer messaging system
- Minimum of one year of experience working with foreign partners
- Minimum of one year of experience providing training or giving presentations to foreign partners
