What are the responsibilities and job description for the Irrigation Installation Technician position at Core Outdoors?

Who You Are:
Our ideal candidate will have experience with irrigation, time management, and leadership. As an Irrigation Foreman, you will lead a team and oversee irrigation services throughout NE Florida.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and test new installations, troubleshoot and repair problems
- Observe pipe and valve placements
- Evaluate start-ups, winterization and overall operation of the irrigation system
- Provide leadership while completing irrigation tasks per job specifications
- Conduct and record detailed inspections and plan/execute upgrades of client systems
- Troubleshooting and replacing faulty parts
- Maximizing crew efficiency with a focus on safety and profitability of services through effective site management while continuing to look for areas of improvement on our projects
- Communicate with management and customers to ensure that project is being completed to their satisfaction and to address any customer satisfaction issues or concerns
- Prepare accurate documentation of time and expenses for self and crew and promptly provide to General Manager daily
- Ensure crew recognizes and performs duties within OSHA safety guidelines as well as all applicable safety laws and policies
What You Need:
- Previous irrigation experience
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Leadership and time management skills
