Shifts Available :
Shift A : 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
Week 1 : Sunday - Wednesday
Week 2 : Sunday - Tuesday
Shift B : 6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM (Night shift differential pay available)
Week 1 : Sunday - Wednesday
Week 2 : Sunday - Tuesday
Shift C : 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
Week 1 : Thursday - Saturday
Week 2 : Wednesday - Saturday
Shift D : 6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM (Night shift differential pay available)
Week 1 : Thursday - Saturday
Week 2 : Wednesday - Saturday
Responsibilities :
A group of Inventory techs will gather information from stored, received and shipped products and share that with the WMS Data Entry / Processor person to input the updated data on the Warehouse Management System in order to maintain the Warehouse Data accurate for reports, audits etc.
Manage shipping and receiving operations efficiently and accurately.
Maintain and update inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) software.
Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure accessibility and proper storage.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to inventory and shipments.
Adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management roles.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) software; experience with Oracle is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including night shifts if applicable.
