Job Summary:
The Staffing Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in light industrial roles. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple job openings while ensuring compliance with client needs and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Candidate Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Create an engaging environment for candidates in the office using a high level of customer service.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring job orders.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate flow and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs to attract talent.
- Support additional offices as needed.
- Candidate Screening & Selection
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Verify credentials, references, and work history in compliance with company and client requirements.
- Administer pre-employment assessments, background checks, and drug screenings as necessary.
- Ensure all hiring decisions align with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and other relevant employment laws.

- Number of Candidates Sourced per Week: 10 active leads
- Time-to-Fill: Maintain an average of 2 days per job order

- Client Satisfaction Score: 90% positive feedback from client surveys
- Resolution Time for Client Issues: Within 24β48 hours
Compliance & Documentation
- Accuracy of Records: 100% compliance with ATS entries and candidate documentation
- Adherence to Compliance Regulations: Zero legal or compliance violations
Productivity & Efficiency
- Job Order Fill Rate: 90% of all job orders filled in accordance with client requirements
- Attrition Rate: Less than 10% early-stage turnover (first 15 days)
Ideal Skills & Qualifications
