Duties
- Assist with the preparation and management of real estate documents, including contracts, leases, and disclosures.
- Maintain organized files and records for all transactions and client interactions.
- Provide administrative support to agents, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Conduct market research to assist agents in pricing properties competitively and understanding local trends.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions and provide updates.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations in all aspects of the business.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media management and creating promotional materials.
- Support the negotiation process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating communication between parties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a real estate is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
