Core Recovery is an outpatient behavioral health treatment center that provides intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs to individuals facing mental health and addiction issues. Core Recovery is licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services as an outpatient treatment center. It is located in Phoenix, Arizona.
Job Description
Core Recovery is seeking a motivated and charismatic individual to serve in a business development capacity as its “Community Relations Liaison.” The Community Relations Liaison will spread awareness about Core Recovery throughout the greater Phoenix area by establishing and nurturing relationships with referral sources, including inpatient psychiatric facilities, inpatient substance abuse treatment centers, primary care providers, urgent care centers, OB-GYNs, and local outpatient therapy practices. The Community Relations Liaison will collaborate regularly with the Core Recovery team, serving as the ambassador for Core Recovery as it grows its footprint throughout the greater Phoenix region.
The ideal candidate would begin as a part-time representative of Core Recovery, with the pathway to grow into a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement community relations and marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with members of the community.
- Analyze and report on existing relationships to guide prospective collaborations.
- Draft and distribute various content pieces that promote the practice.
- Respond to inquiries from community members and other interested parties.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Motivated, charismatic individual with strong interpersonal skills.
- A shared passion for Core Recovery’s mission to provide compassionate, integrated care to patients facing mental health and addiction issues in the greater Phoenix area.
- A deep knowledge of, and an existing network within, the mental health and substance abuse treatment community in Phoenix.
- Willingness and ability to travel to offices of referral sources, nurture/grow existing referral relationships, and build new relationships, inroads into new facilities, etc.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
