Key Responsibilities:
- Property Oversight:
- Manage all operational aspects of assigned properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain property standards and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Tenant Relations:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Advertise and market available spaces to attract high-quality tenants.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecast requirements, and analyze financial trends.
- Collect rent and other receivables while ensuring timely payment of operating expenses.
- Report regularly on financial performance and progress toward achieving financial goals.
- Contract & Vendor Management:
- Negotiate and oversee lease agreements and vendor contracts to ensure timely, reliable execution.
- Source and build relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Strategic Planning:
- Create tailored business plans for properties to meet customer and organizational objectives.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business and client relationships.
- Team Supervision:
- Oversee property personnel and evaluate their performance to ensure high standards of service.
- Provide leadership and guidance to enhance team productivity.
- Compliance & Market Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with property management regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
- Proven experience as a property manager or in a related role.
- Strong understanding of property management principles, financial planning, and budgeting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of property management rules, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office, property management software, and relevant databases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Customer-focused with a results-oriented approach.
- Valid real estate agent or broker license (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred).
- Licenses & Certifications:
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Real estate license (preferred).
