Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of assigned commercial and/or residential properties. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the properties operate efficiently, maximize asset value, and maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Oversight:
  • Manage all operational aspects of assigned properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain property standards and address maintenance issues promptly.
  • Tenant Relations:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Advertise and market available spaces to attract high-quality tenants.
  • Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecast requirements, and analyze financial trends.
  • Collect rent and other receivables while ensuring timely payment of operating expenses.
  • Report regularly on financial performance and progress toward achieving financial goals.
  • Contract & Vendor Management:
  • Negotiate and oversee lease agreements and vendor contracts to ensure timely, reliable execution.
  • Source and build relationships with contractors and service providers.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Create tailored business plans for properties to meet customer and organizational objectives.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business and client relationships.
  • Team Supervision:
  • Oversee property personnel and evaluate their performance to ensure high standards of service.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to enhance team productivity.
  • Compliance & Market Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date with property management regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a property manager or in a related role.
  • Strong understanding of property management principles, financial planning, and budgeting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of property management rules, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, property management software, and relevant databases.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a results-oriented approach.
  • Valid real estate agent or broker license (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
Requirements:

  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred).
  • Licenses & Certifications:
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred).
  • Real estate license (preferred).
