Corporate Communications and Investor Relations Manager
This individual will play a pivotal role within the investor relations team by assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of investor programs, messaging and activities. The Manager will assist the IR team with summarizing reports prepared by the investment community, crafting and preparing communications materials used in IR events, analyzing and providing competitive intelligence to management, and coordinating investor engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of strategies and programs for investor relations.
- Build and manage relationships with external constituents, including current and prospective shareholders and sell-side analysts.
- Collaborate with various corporate teams, including Clinical, Legal, Financial, Commercial, and Regulatory to support communication of business strategy, corporate vision, value proposition, and financial performance
- Help prepare IR related material including press releases, presentations, conference call scripts, and Q&A documents.
- Support investor facing events, including conference calls, in-person meetings, non-deal roadshows, and bus tours.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Support the development of quarterly earnings materials and other investor communications.
- Provide periodic strategic insights and market intelligence to assist senior leadership in understanding relative performance and positioning
- Generate and publish IR summaries following earnings calls and major corporate milestones, as well as a biweekly IR report for senior management.
- Possess a deep understanding of handling of non-material public information and Regulation Fair Disclosure (RegFD) requirements.
- Track shareholder base, investor sentiment, peer performance, and capital market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in investor relations or related field; minimum 5 years of experience, preferably at a commercial-stage biotech company. Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
- Proficiency in managing time effectively and balancing multiple high priority projects at a time.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work well and enjoy a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
- Strong appreciation for and understanding of discretion associated with regular handling of confidential information
- Strong commitment to compliance and ethical standards
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 10%).

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
