Safety Advisor
Acushnet, MA
CORE Safety Group is a nationwide safety management and loss control consultant. We are seeking a local Safety Advisor for a 1 year assignment in Acushnet, MA to oversee a construction project. The Safety Advisor will be responsible for identifying issues regarding safety matters at the project site and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, Local, and owner safety requirements.
Successful candidates should demonstrate the following:
Applicant should have excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate in speech and writing with members at all levels throughout an organization, strong writing skills, the ability to interpret safety standards, and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with diverse personalities. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and display high-level organizational skills.
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of construction safety experience
- OSHA 30
- Substation experience preferred
- First Aid/CPR/AED
- Able to pass drug test & background check
- Local to Acushnet, MA preferably
