Job Summary
Core Solutions Group, LLC is seeking Non-Clinical Case Managers to support the Wyoming Army National Guard’s (WYARNG) G-1 Medical Team in meeting medical readiness objectives. This role involves assisting with tracking, managing, and supporting Soldiers’ medical readiness, ensuring compliance with Army medical readiness standards. The Non-Clinical Case Manager will be responsible for record management, data entry, case tracking, and administrative support to help Soldiers return to deployable status or navigate medical board processes as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize military electronic data systems (MHS-Genesis, MODS, MEDPROS, MEDCHART, and PRT) to enter and update medical readiness data.
- Manage, track, and maintain Soldier Treatment Records (STR) and ensure compliance with Army Regulation (AR) 40-66.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, processing, and digitization of medical and dental records.
- Ensure records are complete and accurate before key events such as Physical Health Assessments (PHA), Medical Readiness Events (MREs), and Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP).
- Perform medical and dental record inventories and securely store documentation in compliance with Army medical regulations.
- Generate and distribute reports based on DoD system updates.
- Assist Soldiers with scheduling medical and dental appointments and ensure follow-up documentation is completed.
- Log all communication and case activity in eCase within the required timeframe.
- Support and attend PHA and SRP events, providing case management and administrative support.
- Identify Soldiers who require additional medical attention and track progress until their Medical Readiness Classification (MRC) 1 or 2 is achieved.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, PII regulations, and military medical policies.
- Monitor medical board cases (MEB, MAR2, NDR-PEB) and ensure timely processing of all required documentation.
- Participate in monthly case reviews and collaborate with healthcare providers and leadership to ensure medical readiness objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Military experience is preferred.
- Experience working with military medical readiness programs is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of MODS, MEDCHART, PRT, and MHS-Genesis is a plus.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Soldiers, medical personnel, and leadership.
- MUST PASS A GOVERNMENT-LEVEL CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work during normal duty hours, weekends, and military events as required.
Performance Standards
- Accurate and timely entry of medical readiness data.
- Proper maintenance and security of Soldier Treatment Records.
- Effective case management ensuring Soldiers meet medical readiness requirements.
- Compliance with all Army regulations and administrative standards.
Work Hours & Compensation
- Work Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends as required.
- Work Schedule: 80-hour biweekly schedule, including one weekend per month.
- Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
