We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial operations to ensure accuracy in accounting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the balance sheet, month-end close process, journal entries, financial statements, and reconciliations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance and financial integrity. Responsible for leading and mentoring the finance staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Utilizes metrics and the organization vision to lead and direct finance activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Balance Sheet Oversight : Manage and review all balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GAAP / IFRS.
• Month-End Close Process : Lead and streamline the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Journal Entries : Prepare, review, and post journal entries to ensure proper supporting documentation and compliance with accounting standards.
• Financial Statements : Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights into key financial trends and variances.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations : Conduct monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Accounting Operations : Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Audit Support : Assist in internal and external audits by providing the required documentation and explanations.
• Process Improvements : Identify and implement efficiencies in financial reporting, accounting, and reconciliation processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Support, and Operations, to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Leadership : Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance while identifying the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.
