Job Summary:
The Product Manager requires the ability to work independently and be passionate about building products that our customers value. The Product Manager is responsible for managing all Core Sound Imaging products. The work requires a deep understanding of the customer experience, the ability to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth. The work involves creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners. Working with management to develop positioning strategies and translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Work also involves scoping and prioritizing activities based on business and customer impact.
Job duties include:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap.
- Deliver Market Requirement and Product Requirement Documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products.
- Review and manage feature requests.
- Participate in Scrum process including daily standup, planning and reviews.
- Translate feature requests into product requirements.
- Own specification documents.
- Work with training team to ensure effective internal and external training documentation is on message.
- Work with marketing team to ensure effective and accurate product messaging.
- Represent the company by visiting with customer (via remote sessions and in person, as needed) to solicit feedback on products and services.
- Participate in trade show booth activities, as needed, to support activities.
- Be an expert with respect to the competition.
- Act as a leader within the company.
Skills the ideal candidate possess include:
- Experience as a Product Manager
- Experience as a sonographer or medical imaging professional
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- 5 years of experience in a job utilizing a PACS/Image reporting solution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SCRUM processes
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Some things we will look for in an applicant:
Equivalent to completion of 4-years of college-level coursework in a related field and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above. Clinical certification and/or medical device experience a plus.
- Strong Clinical Information Systems knowledge

- PC skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
