Key Accountabilities/Deliverables
- Oversee system reconciliations to confirm data feeds are accurate and complete, and handle error corrections when necessary.
- Serve as the intermediary between Finance users and the Workday configuration team, providing recommendations and solutions for business requirements.
- Participate in complex, time-sensitive financial projects involving extensive data analysis
- Establish and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Financial systems operation knowledge
- The ability to work with and analyze large quantities of data
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields strongly preferred
- 3 years of progressive experience in insurance accounting or financial system roles; P&C experience preferred
- Prior experience participating in large scale financial system implementations
- Prior experience in staff management is preferred
