- Open, sort and distribute daily mail
- Verification of finance agreements
- Preparation and mailing of Finance Agreement Acknowledgement Letters
- Assist in cash application-including scanning checks
- Running daily web reports
- Taking payments over the phone
- Respond to inquiries via email and telephone
- Print and mail daily installments
- Assist in daily reconciliation with Treasury Department
- Prepare reports for weekly disbursements for each product Technical Knowledge and Understanding :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel Experience :
- Accounting or A / R experience preferred
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- General math skills required Excellent customer service and phone etiquette The expected pay range for the role is $55,000 - $60,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and experiences. The disclosed pay range estimate may also be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
