What are the responsibilities and job description for the ITSM Tech Lead position at Core Specialty?
The IT Service Management (ITSM) Tech Lead will oversee the daily operations of the ITSM team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Accountabilities / Deliverables :
- Identify, design, and implement IT service management processes. Continually review and improve existing processes in line with business and technology changes.
- Utilize JIRA to manage and track IT service management activities. Develop workflows, custom fields, dashboards, reports, and other JIRA capabilities to improve the ITSM process.
- Implement ITIL best practices and methodologies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Run weekly CAB call as change manager and promote constant process improvement for Change management.
- Responsible for ITSM ITIL Innovation
- Weekly Monthly KRI / KPI
- Create analysis reports to show trends in ITSM practices
- Responsible for change management , Problem management, Incident management
- Collaborate with SIRT
