Job Summary: Produces high-quality images for interpretation by physicians that meet the standards established by the Mayo Clinic Radiology Departments. Requires competence in a variety of imaging equipment and technology. Practices proper safety guidelines for themselves, support personnel, and patients.
Responsibilities: Fosters teamwork through effective communication. Ensures a high level of service to patients through proper communication, technique, and safety guidelines. Maintains flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times, and lengths.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, mainly 8-hour shifts with some 10-hour shifts (usually associated with weekends). Start times vary from 6:30am-12:30pm and end times from 3pm-9pm.
