Summary of Position:
As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the organizational effectiveness team and its respective team(s) as it relates to financial reporting, project plans, project documentation, purchase orders, internal and external communication, and general support as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Support Project setup and close out within the Company’s internal systems with a strong attention to detail as it relates to contract terms and financial details
- Collaborate with the Organizational Effectiveness Manager and Project Managers to provide timely and accurate reporting for review and analysis
- Support all operations processes, including intake of information, corrections, coordination with other teams, and status tracking
- Assist the Project Manager and OE Manager with budget management related to projects, contracts, and purchase orders; utilize reporting, accounting, and internal trackers to track and monitor change
- Support execution of original contracts and amendments to include additional services and subconsultant agreements
- Develop and maintain planning templates
- Participate in special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D required
- 2-5 years’ work experience working within architecture/engineering/interior design/construction/energy preferred
- Demonstrated ability to learn and understand client details and contacts
- Project management skills with the ability to track multiple requests within a fast-paced environment
- Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Deltek, Monday.com and DocuSign experience preferred

Work Location:
This is a hybrid role based out of either our Bentonville, AR; Ontario, CA; Tampa, FL; Somerville, NJ; Philadelphia, PA; or West Chester, PA offices.
