Summary of Position :
The Regional Manager Director, Regional Architecture , as part of our Design Studio is responsible for leading and growing the architectural practice within a designated region, ensuring the successful execution of projects, driving business development, and fostering a high-performing team. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader with deep expertise in architecture, ability to create and grow strong client relationships, and the skill to oversee operations, financial performance, and team development.

Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth :
- Support execution of a strategic plan to expand the architecture practice within the designated region, aligned with company goals.
- Drive business development efforts, identify new opportunities, and cultivate strong client relationships to grow revenue.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand recognition.
Project & Operations Management :

Team Leadership & Development :
Qualifications :
Minimum of twelve or more years of professional experience.
Five or more years of management experience.
Proficient project management skills with the ability to track multiple projects.
Deep knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and industry trends.
Working knowledge of Architectural computer-based programs and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Working knowledge of staff utilization and work-planning programs.
Team :
You will work with a team of Architectural professionals and report to the Vice President of our Design Studio.
Work Location :
This is a hybrid role that can sit out of either of our; Wilmington, DE, Philadelphia or West Chester, PA offices.
