Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and supporting the overall supply chain management process. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management and a strong understanding of order fulfillment processes. This position is critical to maintaining efficient operations and ensuring that products are available when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to facilitate efficient order fulfillment.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and data.
  • Assist in sourcing and procurement activities as needed.
  • Support category management initiatives by analyzing inventory data and trends.
  • Research data collection methods to improve inventory accuracy and reporting.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and inventory control systems.
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies and category management is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in data analysis and research methodologies related to inventory management.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
