In this role you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources operations. You will be responsible for handling full-cycle payroll and ensuring that our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Cycle Payroll Management: Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, manage HR databases, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits enrollment, answer benefits-related questions, and coordinate with benefits providers.
- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and support a positive workplace culture.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and assist with audits and reporting as needed.
- HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
