Picking and Stocking Tech
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Materials Manager. The Picking and Stocking Tech will be responsible for picking parts with a high level of accuracy for both part number and quantity.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Responsible for WO Parent Item picks and pre-production or pre-packing staging.
· Filling out the Pull Ticket Report and Completing Material Tracking Sheets (MTS) during the pick process.
· Verifying material picks are accurate, and no items are damaged or missing; also, communicating to department manager when issues arise.
· Stocking shelves and maintaining the overall appearance of the shop
· Assisting with inventory questions or receiving when necessary
Requirements:
· Forklift Certified or Experience
· Warehouse experience in picking or receiving, manufacturing industry preferred
· Good communication skills
Work Environment:
· In our Ballston Spa Office. Warehouse Environment. 7am to 3:30pm, 15-minute morning break and 45 minute Lunch Break
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
