Field Services Technician
Core Technologies, Fed has immediate openings for a Field Service Technician. Computer knowledge is desirable. The desired candidates will be part of a team that will perform PC Disposal projects according to a clearly defined process and set of checklists that focus on completing every disposal consistently while providing the client a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Pickup and securely transport desktops, laptops, tablets, monitors, and other PC-related items from various professional environments throughout the state
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision and maintain a high level of attention to detail
Basic Requirements:
- Valid Virginia Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack
- Reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience with driving box trucks
- Good Customer Service and Communication Skills
